These products are usually sold in little Plastic bags etc, some lower grade suppliers now also repackage from the little plastic bags into containers similar to ours but they have renamed their product for example Weight Loss Seed/Nut etc. The product comes from the same family of Plants or a lower Grade product of Nuez de la India hence they look the exactly the same but could be dangerous for you. We also have some people in South Africa and Asia use our LOGO displayed on our Website on their product to help them promote and sell their product. Shown in the pictures above.
Therefore, only buy from our listed distributors or buy directly from us. Only buy the Original carefully selected (A GRADE) Nuez de la India product with its approved packaging as seen in the pictures below. If its not packaged like in the picture shown, do not buy it. All parcels dispatched have a unique tracking number which you use to track your order and its status online. Orders are sent to our South African Clients within 3-5 working days (excludes date payment was made) and take between 11 – 16 working days to reach our International Clients. No goods are dispatched until payment is received in full and reflecting in our banking account. Due to our product being a natural consumable product and for hygienic reasons, we unfortunately do not accept any returns nor do we offer any refunds once an order has been placed with us.
