I started using the product after I saw a friend of mine post on Facebook about her weight loss. I asked her to please share how she did it and I was sold!
This was in July 2017. At this stage I was size 36/38 and my normal size is 34. I realised I needed to do something about myself as I was no longer feeling attractive and was just feeling heavy and unhealthy and my clothes were no longer fitting me properly.
I contacted my friend and researched about the nut and decided to try it for a month. I started it on 1 August 2017 and within 2 weeks was feeling lighter. A month later I went down a size and by mid September I was at my goal size of 34, looking and feeling great!

I saw an advert on Facebook about this remarkable seed that helps you loose weight fast, I decided to contact the seller to get more information on it. Same day received an email with all the info, and success story pics. The seed’s name; Nuez de la India.
I decided to do a little bit more research on it, and found your website : www.nuezdelaindia.co.za. All the information that the this seller provided me was identical to that on your website, but what made me a little skeptical was when I asked her if she had an agent in my area and she said no. Yet your website said you had one. Anyways, I decided to just brush it off and proceed to meet up with her, since her price was also a little lower then yours. In my mind, I am thinking she works for Nuez de la India too, because that’s the name of her product, but she probably just sells it a little cheaper…
The first two days of taking it, I got so sick and threw up various times. I couldn’t even go to work! I was so desperate to loose weight, so I continued taking it by skipping at least every second day. I didn’t loose weight and I just kept on getting nauseous so I had to put a stop to it.
I decided to go back onto your website and read more, then I realized that she sold me fake Nuez de la India seeds, and she does not work for you…
A few weeks later I was feeling better, and determined to loose weight , I decided to order directly from this website: www.nuezdelaindia.co.za, and it was the best decision I made. No nausea at all, I go to the loo normally and the weight is coming off even with me not taking it ‘faithfully’ and abiding to all the rules of no chocolate and no alcoholic beverages. I now just purchased my second pack, and this time, I’ll do it strictly so I can get to my goal weight quicker and maintain it.
The fake Nuez de la India is sold in pieces usually of the size of a piece of rice. They do this to confuse you to buy something that you have no idea how it looks whole.
Their package has no labelling.

I have tried many diets and diet products without real success. I have started using NUEZ just 2.5 months ago and have already lost 10kg and 11cm around my tummy. I don’t feel sluggish anymore and have a lot of energy. I suffered from IBS

I am taking the seed as well. I went down to 1/8 of the seed because 1/4 was toooooo much for my body. I have lost little weight but can see I have lost inches. No more rolls on by back! I have been taking it for about 3 weeks and drink lots of water and a banana a day to protact potasium loss (very important) I feel great.

I have been on nuez de la india seed for almost a year and have lost 29 kg whilst taking it with no side affects, no sickness, no anything what so ever. Latin nut has allowed me to live a normal life for the first time in my whole life as I have been morbidly obese most of it.I pray that all is sorted out and it becomes available again as I don’t know what I will do if it doesn’t having tried every single diet known

I dont use the latin nut for weight loss rather IBS, I had it fro years. It basically keeps me feeling ‘normal’ not as bloated and constipated all the time. i buy mine from a chemist nearby. for weight loss i dont know but it has helped me with my IBS.
(is a diagnosis of exclusion. It is a functional bowel disorder characterized by chronic abdominal pain)

My NUEZ DE LA INDIA EXPERIENCE
Okay, now NUEZ DE LA INDIA might be the strangest product, but I must say that in my experience, NUEZ DE LA INDIA it works very similarly to a product in the United States called ORLISTAT. It Also goes by the brand name ALLI, promoted by the famous singer, Wynona Judd. Although, NUEZ DE LA INDIA does not promote any oily discharges or anything embarrassing–those of you who have used ORLISTAT know what I’m talking about.
Don’t expect any fancy packaging or celebrity spokesperson for this product because NUEZ DE LA INDIA is still sold in a very natural organic form. That makes it kind of strange. NUEZ DE LA INDIA looks like a cross between a pumkin seed and a macadamia nut. You get twelve (12) nuts in a package.
Now, to use NUEZ DE LA INDIA, you feel like some kind of ancient medicine man or shaman. You cut one of the twelve NUEZ DE LA INDIA nuts into four parts. and use the back of a spoon, (if you’re a really fancy foodie, you can use a pestal). If you don’t know what a pestal is, don’t worry.
Before you go to bed, you take one of the tiny pieces that you cut and boil it in water like a tea. Then you drink the tea and go to sleep. The next day, you will feel a bit lighter and you will have…ahem….bowel movements and more bowel movements…as NUEZ DE LA INDIA flushes fat and toxin out of your body. I have to note that NUEZ DE LA INDIA makes this an easy process. There is no cramping or discomfort at all. Unless you do like I did, which I will tell you from personal experinence DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN ONE FOURTH OF THE SEED PER DAY!!!!!! It will not be pleasant and it’s not necessary.
It’s hard to believe that NUEZ DE LA INDIA works so well, but if you use this product the way it’s intended and religiously.
Most of my friends who have tried it, lost an average of 15 pounds the first month. It is motivating because my weight came off quickly. I lost 7 pounds in the first week, without any dietary changes. Gradually NUEZ DE LA INDIA makes your appetite go down, so you don’t really feel like you’re dieting, which is great for me because I can’t stick to any diet that makes me feel hungry.

i guess you can say this blog is full of positive and negative comments, all i can give is my story and what it has done for me.
My mum came across it first, using it to shed some kilos, she noticed a change in size instantly. Why not give it ago? i had been suffering from IBS for years and as many of you out there may know, it can be the worst, most uncomfortable and terrible problem to have. After being constantly tested by doctors, eliminating all types of foods and going on strict diets to help me, the latin nut did what doctors couldn’t. although i was a little uncomfortable in the first couple of weeks (something i was already use to) it was all worth it. slowly the cramping disappeared and the daily bloating was no longer visible (every afternoon i looked about 6mths pregnant). i started to enjoy the foods i ate, something i worried for so long about.a few weeks into it i also noticed a change in my size and could not be happier. it was what i was looking for.
With any product you get, you will never know until you try it. You’re not always going to be happy, maybe its not the exact colour you wanted, maybe it wasn’t a perfect fit, maybe you didn’t like the taste of it after you ordered it or maybe its just not for you. Life is too short to be constantly complaining, good for you, you gave it a go, don’t try and make the decision for others. give your opinion and move on. good luck guys

Well…I’ve been taking the seed now for about a month with amazing results! I’m only taking a 1/8 a day as 1/4 made me feel a bit sick….I started at 63 kgs and am now sitting happily at 57kgs….My thighs and arms feel tighter….My stomach is flatter than its been since I had my son 5 years ago…I am one very very happy customer! I will be staying on this baby for a while.
Also, random, but my fingernails are heaps stronger than they have been before! The toilet trips never seemed to ease but now its just a simple as soon as I get up thing….Feel so much less bloated and its great to be regular finally!
I should also note that I have noticed my appetite being suppressed but otherwise I have not changed my diet dramatically.

Well,there have been no more cheesecakes in the house (or me). The great thing that I am finding is that I DO NOT CRAVE any more CRAP!
I do not enjoy chocolate when I eat it and had the taste of potatoe chips now.
It has been a little expensive for me,as I buy some chips (old habit) and eat one and then say ‘Yuk!’. So far out of 3 packets I have bought they have ended up in the bin. As for hot chips,just the thought of all that grease is enough to put me off.
I have tried so many ways to loose weight before and nothing,nothing compares with this Wonderful Seed.
Yes! it does make you go to the toilet,but it is great,as any crap that you eat does not stay in the body,but is eliminated not to soon after. This must mean less time for it to get toxic in the body and less time to block ones system and create more cellulite (FAT).
I am happy to be fitting into a size 14 at the moment. I am so greatful that I do not feel like a bloated toad.
And this is only the beginning.
My arms are so much less FAT and dimpled looking and you know!!!!!
The best thing is that I STILL HAVE NOT DONE A EXERCISE REGIME !
Just day to day stuff and work. My body is slowly getting into shape and as far as I am concerned it is happening in a natural way.
My 18 year old daughter is also taking the seed and for the past 6years,(due to emotional dramas) has had her adrenial glands block up in the lower part of her body eg: from knees down to feet.
So she has hated the fact that she has had CANKLES!!!!

As my body is changing for the better,I thought,I wonder how my daughter is going. Sometimes it is difficult to notice these things when you live together.
I was trying to catch a glimse of her ankles (as this being a sensitive area of her body to talk about) and as I looked I could see a remarkable differance in them.
I said to her,”Let me look at your ankles?”
I told her that I could see a bit differance in them and that I could actuall see her ankle bone. She is beginning to get her ankles back instead of the CANKLES.
How do you think she felt to be told that and to actually see a change in this part of her body.

To all of those that have such an empty life and have the need to always put things down. Why do you always have to try and put your unhappiness onto other people.

I have been on the MagicNuez for 4 months and have lost 18kgs. I exercise 3 times a week and although I haven’t changed my diet I have reduced my portions so a sensible combination of all three aspects have lead to success. Size 12 jeans from 16 in 4 months could I be happier…no and I feel great

I have trialled the wonderful seed before becoming a distributor for it. I have also done some investigation into the seed before recommending it to my clients. It contains very high amounts of omega oils and if you compare it to the chia seeds it doesnt work out that much more expensive. I recommend 1/8 of a seed each day. For 12 seeds that works out to 96 days worth and therefore works out alot cheaper than any other weight loss product. compare it to 800g of protein supplement drinks like isowhey cost about $60.00 and that will give you one dose per day for 26days. Not only does nuez de la india seed help with weight loss but it stimulates the digestion and rids parasites, amongst other things.
I have lost 18 pounds in 3 months.

I have been one the Nut Of India “candlenut” for three months and finding it cheaper is a good thing. But you really have to follow directions. No more than a quarter of the nut aday. It can poison your system not following the proper dose. I have lost 18 pounds in 3 months. It does not go up and down weekly, slowly dropping each week. A banana to replace potassium,a B complex, lots of water and yogurt. This is the first no effort weightloss. Yes you should work out and change your eating habits. but you loss either way. I still feel there needs to be more studies on the nut to be safe. but it does work and I’m not stopping using it till I hit my goal.
my husband commented that I hardly have any cellulite left.

Hi everyone, I am constantly on the internet reviewing products and came upon this one. I would like to tell you about my experience too. I am 45 years old and started using the Magicnuez in december. I didn’t loose any kgs on the scale but my clothes definately fits better and I again fit into my size 10 pants which I could not wear for about 2 years. My friends all comment to me that I have lost weight and another thing is that my skin feels much tighter and less “flabby” and my husband commented that I hardly have any cellulite left. I was also weary because I could not understand how such a small amount of a seed can actually make one loose weight but so far so good!!! Good luck to everyone else trying it.

Hi there, I have used the nuez de la india for 6 weeks and i didnt tell anyone. My children noticed firstly while i was getting dressed. then a work collegue who i hadnt seen for a few weeks commented on how much weight i had lose, the good thing is you eat normally and dont have to starve yourself. I felt fantastic and my skin was perfect a few weeks into taking the nuez. I think its great.
since being on the seed have had no attacks and no pain.

Hi there, I have been on the magicnuez for about three months now, i had some side effects, tiredness, feeling unwell to start with but reduced the amount of seed to 1/8th every 2nd night and it has worked wonders – i have lost about 4 kilos/per month. I also have gall stones and am waiting for a date to have them removed since being on the seed have had no attacks and no pain. – i thought it was conincidence but when i stopped taking the seed when we were on holidays over christmas for 2 weeks the pain returned within two days of taking the seed again all gall pain was gone.
It works for me and for $100 with the supply lasting me coming up to 4 months i dont think that is expensive at all compared to any other weight loss product on the market.

Hi ladies,
I began on the nuez de la india a week ago after seeing two friends of mine after 3 months of being on the seed with awesome results! I mean, these girls were overweight and now are slim! I was very iffy about it when they told me about it 3 months ago and after seeing them had to get it as the results are there right in front of me. I spoke to my doctor about it and she said she has had lots of patients use it and have great results. Not simply in the weight loss department but for diabetes, high blood pressure, etc. I am a registered nurse and so is my friend who is on the seed so im not some promotions manager trying to rave. I measured and weighed myself before i started but am not going to measure myself for a month. So lets see what happens!

I cannot believe how much weight I have lost in 3 months. Although I spent lots of time in the ladies room I knew that the nut worked as a detox. But I didn’t notice changes until I dropped from a 24 to a 20 almost at 18 in 3 months. Never exceeded, but consistent. This is a miracle seed for me.
